This 1ltr tub of water soluble lubricant is specially designed to aid assembly of pipe fittings. When pressure testing underground systems it is advised to only use water soluble lubricant due to its natural drying properties, this prevents joints coming apart. Traditional silicone-based products, on the other hand, don't dry out for many months.
This underground pipe lubricant is completely water soluble and approved for use in drinking water environments.
Our 110mm Underground Drainage Systems are designed for use in gravity drainage and sewerage applications, up to a depth of 10M. All of our drainage pipes and the majority of fittings are manufactured from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U). The inspection chambers and gully grids are manufactured from polypropylene.
